The Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
We are looking for a Future Talent - CAPEX Project Manager - to join us in Industrial Base Engineering (IBE) Programme Management within the Development & Technology organization. IBE is developing and implementing manufacturing equipment for Tetra Pak converting factories producing packaging material. Our CAPEX implementation team supports converting factories all over the world with installation projects aiming for increased output, quality and efficiency. We enable Tetra Pak to deliver competitive and sustainable packaging solutions now and for the future.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.

What you will do
As Future Talent - CAPEX Project Manager you will be part of the IBE Programme Management team. We lead the transformation from needs to value realisation for Tetra Pak's industrial base.
You will drive improvement initiatives for IBE Programme Management and participate in CAPEX implementation projects to learn from experienced Project Managers. When the Future Talent programme is completed, you will lead projects implementing new equipment or upgrades of existing equipment in Tetra Pak converting factories. You will lead global cross functional project teams and act in a wide network of people from different levels within Tetra Pak, as well as suppliers.
The Project Manager is overall responsible for delivering the required project outcome, and for managing the project controls time, cost, and quality. Some of the projects can still be in development phase, where you are the representative from CAPEX Implementation, to ensure that the product being developed is prepared for industrialisation and global deployment.
Our process describing how to deliver the projects is integrated with World Class Manufacturing Early Management methodology. Synchronised with Tetra Pak production planning, in a "pit-stop manner" to disrupt production as little as possible.
We continuously improve our way of working and appreciate new perspectives and a solution oriented mindset.
We believe you have
A Master's Degree in Engineering (Graduated 2024-2025)
Experience in leading a team of people towards a common goal
Good communication skills, written and spoken
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
