Job Summary
Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2026 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
In the position as Future Talent Demand Analyst, you will be working in a central organization where you will support our demand planning and forecasting processes. In this role, you will help analyse market trends, customer demand, and historical data to ensure accurate forecasts and support decision-making across Supply Chain and Commercial teams. You will be responsible for fostering and sustaining strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders, including business streams, sales and marketing, finance, product management and supply chain planning team.
The Demand Analyst actively contributes to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle by working in the Demand Planning process and supports strategic initiatives and special projects across the broader supply chain and business landscape.

We believe you have

You are a fast thinker who likes to solve problems and to work with people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are business oriented and of course passionate about what you do.
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics/Data science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or similar.
We appreciate applicants with special knowledge (experience or studies) or interest within Packaging and Processing.
Working at Tetra Pak you need to be able to work and learn in English, verbally as well as in writing.
