Associate Buyer: You have a keen interest in purchasing and wants to learn the art of negotiation. You have good business sense, and you would like to learn the strategic side of purchasing!
Buyer: You are coming with approximately 3+ years of strategic purchasing/supplier negotiation experience, who is excited to take your career to the next level!
Senior Buyer: You have demonstrated a high level of strategic purchasing skills, knowledge, and abilities, and you enjoy running your own desk with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. You would like to continue refining your skills through Volvo Group's professional development program via Volvo Group University, and perhaps even position yourself for an opportunity in people leadership!
Purchasing Manager: You have found great success as a senior level Buyer with functional leadership responsibilities, and you are now ready to become a leader of people. Or, you may already be a leader of people, and you are excited to take this experience to the next level within the Volvo Group!
