The Fritids/Learning Assistant is expected to have:
• The ability to work with young children.
• The ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent communications skills.
• The ability to show initiative and work independently.
• The ability to function effectively under pressure
• The ability to establish rapport with adults and students.
• A pleasant and friendly personality.
• The ability to use digital tools in daily work
It would be desirable for the applicant to have a working knowledge of Early Childhood Education. Experience working with students from diverse cultures and countries would be an advantage. Prerequisite for employment is valid police background check. Please present your certification in the interview.

Futuraskolan International Gåshaga at Lidingö are now seeking a fritids team member/ pedagog starting August 2018. The position is full-time and permanent.
Futuraskolan International Gåshaga is an F-6 bilingual school. The School has classes from preschool to grade 6 with 235 students. We have committed staff and happy and curious students. We follow the Swedish curriculum, working with thematic work based on the IPC, the International Primary Curriculum. The program offers a combination of academic, personal and international learning that gives students the tools they need to meet their future challenges. We offer a safe learning and working environment, where respect for each other permeates the school. We work actively with the quality of work for satisfied students and parents.
The fritids team at the school work closely with each other in teams. They plan for the afternoon activities following the Fritid 's curriculum in Lgr 11 and are responsible for the outdoor activities during breaks. Futuraskolan offers learning exchange within the organisation. The ongoing development process is supported by the school 's quality and development manager.
