Client relations and Capital Raising ("CR") CR is a highly strategic function within EQT, and its responsibilities span across capital raising projects (including fundraising, co-investments and separately managed accounts), business development, marketing, and client service for each of EQT's funds. The firm today has over 500 investors globally diversified across its various business lines.
Your role as a Fundraising Coordinator Working within the CR team, the 'CRM' team are responsible for planning global pre-marketing, marketing & due diligence for EQT's various products fundraises. The team are also responsible for coordinating and managing all EQT's Investor events including our AGM/ Annual Meeting for approximately 800 attendees. In addition to this the team also manage various fundraising virtual events and the CR team's attendance for Investor related conferences.
You will be working as part of a team with responsibility for managing various fundraisings: coordinating global roadshow planning and due diligence days. This includes working with internal teams as well as external investors.
Your qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., project leading, coordinating, executive assisting or similar)
Advanced knowledge of Google suite; Gmail, G-drive etc.
Fluency in English and Swedish in speech and writing.
Experience from working in an international environment and/or experience from the financial service industry, is considered a merit
To succeed in this position, you will need strong communication skills, an attention to detail, high conscientiousness as well as strong follow-through skills. You are used to working under pressure and able to juggle numerous tasks without dropping the ball.
