Qliro is looking for a Funding Analyst to join the Treasury team. The Treasury team is a key part of Qliro's financial management and acts as the first line of defense in ensuring the company's financial risks and funding position. We offer you a great opportunity to join us in an exciting and rapidly changing industry, giving you the chance to grow within an expansive Fintech company listed on Nasdaq and under the supervision of the Swedish FSA.
This role provides a unique opportunity for the right candidate to deliver on Qliro's funding and liquidity strategy. You will set up and execute on the strategy in a tactical and cost-effective manner together with the Treasury team. You will work closely with colleagues within the Finance department, and you will be in regular contact with markets participants. You are expected to challenge and drive development of the funding activities and continuously evaluate opportunities in relevant markets.
As an important player in a small team, you have a cooperative nature and like to assist where needed. You operate in an international context you speak and write freely in Swedish and English. The role is based in Stockholm, and you will report to the Head of Treasury.
What you'll do:
• Take an active role in the deposit management and liquidity buffer investments
• Liquidity management reporting, increasing cash visibility, efficiency, and usage
• Strive to understand what drives capital and profitability in the portfolio
• Manage treasury related financial risk such as liquidity risk, FX risk, interest rate risk, and refinancing risk
• Drive automation and efficiency transformation in the day-to-day operations
We believe you have:
• 1-3 years of work experience within treasury or finance function
• Experience working with liquidity planning, deposits or cash flow forecasting
• A proactive mindset with an ability of creating and improving processes
• Good mathematical ability
• University degree in Business/Economics/Industrial Engineering or similar
• Experience and interest in the capital markets and financing
