SunGard Front Arena is now looking for a Functional Services Specialist with a keen interest both in the financial markets, software for trading, risk management and technology solutions. The main responsibility of the role is to supply customers with expert advice and analysis of problems related to the use of advanced financial software.
You will be working in a team of other Functional and Technical Services Specialists, assisting customers on the usage of Front Arena, our world class trading and risk management system. This includes understanding all types of financial instruments and calculations of risk and profit and loss values and the technology behind Front Arena. The position requires constant learning since markets and the software will evolve. Occasionally you will supply customers with on-site assistance. The position is based in central Stockholm.
Krav på person
You have a degree in Finance, Engineering or Computer Sciences and/or 1-2 years of experience in the financial industry or a financial software/development environment. You are fluent in English and you have excellent communication skills. Since we are supporting real-time trading and risk management, you need to be stress tolerant and a team player. You need to have the mind of a problem solver as well as having a strong customer services focus.
