Position Description

The Functional Manager Recruitment is a member of the Volvo Group Recruitment global management team and is responsible for planning and leading the functional change journey within the recruitment area. The Functional Manager reports to the VP of Volvo Group Recruitment
The Functional Manager is responsible to plan and lead the transformation and optimization of the recruitment process from opening the position until the position is closed and a new colleague is on-boarded. Currently the area of operation is 7 Countries with structured support to an additional 11 countries. In total 18 countries cross time zones in Europe, Asia and the Americas You will work closely with colleagues, stakeholders and vendors within Group HR, HR P&IT, Group IT, Purchasing, HR Services as well as External tool and service providers
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the functional areas change journey cross countries. Contribute to business plan development including benchmarking and business case development. Devise, monitor and improve global performance measurements. Coordinate and steer our global lean implementation. Develop, harmonize and implement process improvements. Quarterly operational and tactical follow-up and communication. Prepare and plan for management and functional meetings.
Preferred location is Sweden.
