The Functional Manager for HR Workforce Administration is a member of the global Business Office team at HR Services and is globally responsible for planning and leading HR Services' functional change journey within Workforce Administration. The Functional Manager reports to the Director of Business Office.
The Functional Manager is responsible to plan and lead the digital transformation and optimization of the Workforce Administration functions (Personal data management, Organizational data management, Time & Absence management, Exit administration, HR Reporting), across HR Services 10 countries and the global shared service center. You will work closely with colleagues, stakeholders and vendors within Group HR, HR P&IT, Group IT, Purchasing, HR Services as well as External tool and service providers.
