Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Provide expertise in configuring and customizing UKG Pro and Legion modules.

Design functional specifications and ensure alignment with business needs.

Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.

Document processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference.

Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant with WFM tools (UKG Pro/Legion).

Strong understanding of workforce management workflows and business processes.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
