About the Assignment
You will join an automotive environment focused on Safety Electronic, where reliable function testing is critical for both product quality and vehicle delivery. In this assignment, you will support automated acceptance and system testing of Safety Restraint System (SRS) and help strengthen the team's day-to-day test capacity.
The work combines script development, test development, and close collaboration with test engineers working on safety-related functions. You may also contribute to software acceptance testing connected to vehicle delivery, depending on current priorities and deliveries. It is an interesting opportunity to work close to safety-critical systems, automation, and verification in a technically advanced domain.
Job DescriptionYou will support test engineers with script development for automated acceptance and system testing.
You will develop and maintain tests for Safety Restraint System (SRS) functions.
You will contribute to software acceptance testing related to vehicle delivery when needed.
You will work with function testing in Safety Electronic and help secure stable team output.
You will use tools and environments such as Python, PyCharm, Simulink, Jira, SystemWeaver, DSA, and CANoe.
You will collaborate with the team on ad hoc testing needs based on ongoing deliveries and priorities.
RequirementsB.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or similar.
5 years' experience in verification of automotive environment.
Good knowledge of Vector tools and communication of CAN, LIN, and FlexRay.
Experience of automotive DVMs (Design verification methods).
Experience in script development and programming.
Ability to drive, motivate, and convince.
Nice to haveISTQB certification.
Experience with Simulink req mngt & test.
