Function Responsible - Climate Comfort
As a Function Responsible for Climate Comfort at Interior & Climate you will actively drive and lead the development for Climate Comfort based customer functions in regard to platform and top-hat requirements in order to fulfill given targets in terms of cost, timing, delivery and quality.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Overall responsible of Climate Comfort functions in vehicle.
• Secure required documentation is available at each level in the development process, e.g. create/
maintain Climate Comfort functional requirements.
• Drive and secure interface alignment in the complete chain of functional development & verification
in a closed-loop setup, e.g. from function owner to function realization to system owner to HW/SW
component owner.
• Create Analysis & Verification need, including verification activities, vehicle tests and field tests,
and report function development & verification status.
• Provide input related to Climate functions to vehicle owner?s manual.
• Represent Climate and provide status report to different fora inside as well as outside Interior &
Climate.
• Support prototype series build & verification activities from a functional development/ verification
perspective.
Requirements
• Bsc or Msc engineering
• 2 to 4 years of experience from working with function or system development. Cooperation with
suppliers, as well as verification of technical requirements.
• 2 to 4 years of experience from working with Climate system.
• Used to work in project and team form applying relevant tools, e.g. Team Center and/or Elektra.
• Familiar with the release process of software and hardware in the automotive industry.
• As a person you should be systematic, thorough and able to work through others and work crossfunctional.
• Experience of working with international contacts, i.e. also being able to communicate in English, Swedish and/or Chinese.
