We focus on having satisfied employees, they are the heart and soul of our organization and we are currently looking for a Function Owner OBT for our customer within the automotive industry of large vehicles in Gothenburg.
Work description:
On-board Telematics (OBT) is a global department within our customer of Vehicle Engineering, established to secure connected vehicles. We are looking for a Function Owner (FO) for the End-to-End Telematics functions. The FO will work with applicable stakeholders to understand their expectations and align with the Telematics Platform.
Responsibilities:
• Receiver of input requirements from Feature Owners, GTM and System Owner in project and balancing requirements between different stakeholders
• Develop the relevant FRS (Function Requirement Specification) for all variants, use cases, legal requirements, complete function scope in the scope for on-going projects
• Synchronize with other departments within Volvo- Initiate and participate in validation on E2E function level
Skills Required:
• Independent, patient and persistent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• be able to produce structured documents of high quality
• Must be able to drive tasks to closure on time and be able to work independently and with integrity.
• Experience from vehicle product development/electrical engineering - advanced engineering - service design and user centered design.
