Everybody has an opinion about the cabin climate in a car. Whether it is hot or cold, there is always something to discuss, something to tune. Calibration of the cabin climate is a craftsmanship that takes time to possess.
The Climate Systems department has around 90 persons, responsible for incoming air quality and climate comfort. We are now looking for someone to take on the role of function owner for parking climate, which is part of a group working with functionality, SW, calibration and CAE.
As a Function owner you are leading the development of your functions by defining and cascading requirements to affected vehicle systems. You own and create the function strategy over time, through customer feedback, observations of developments within the technical field, benchmark and innovations. As function owner you will be involved in research, in concept development, industrialization and running production. You will work in close relationship with other function owners within and outside the department and interact with system owners to implement the functionality into the product. You will also network with different attributes and product owners to sell and describe your functionality.

Required qualifications
* Project Management skills
* Master in Science in engineering,
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Driver 's licence B
* Experience from customer behaviour, customer related work, function owner in another area is meritorious
* Experience within electrical system work is beneficial

* Good communication skills
* Analytical and structured
* Team player
