hela Sverige You will work in the team responsible for developing Vehicle functionality. Our mission is to deliver world class products in the area of vehicle functionality where we are constantly challenged to provide the best solutions in terms of feature, quality and cost at the right time. You will in this role be the contact interface/responsible for your functions and have a large network cross-functionally and globally. We perform function development for diverse markets and brands. It requires close co-operation and understanding of the application software development, which follows the specification.
We are looking for function developers for ADAS, Powertrain or Telematics area.
• Collect, analyze and break-down high level product requirements to logics and electrical architecture requirements/design
• Model the functionality of truck functions to explain the behavior of the electronics system
• Single point of contact to stakeholders for technical issues
• Requirement documentation in Volvos development tools
• Root cause analyzing
• Manage the release & quality securement process activities
• Take part and/or lead reviews of requirement documents & specifications
• Be present in all phases (Advanced Engineering -> maintenance)
• Deliver according to committed QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost & Feature)
• Genuine interest in electronics technologies
• Strong experience of development in the automotive industry.
• Good communicator, presentation skills and ability to convince others of good ideas
• Motivated, enthusiastic and a positive "can do" attitude
• Team player and ability to work with several projects & tasks simultaneously
• High business and customer focus
