About the job
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with IoT focus to join our newly formed Digital Engineering Team. You will be responsible to develop our connected infrastructure; from devices and sensors up to cloud. You will also integrate other 3rd party equipment as well as defining and developing interfaces where customers can connect to our backend. The role also includes to define, develop and implement team tools and methods together with the team and to support internal and external stakeholder's with your expertise.
The position is based at the Polarium HQ in Kista. Business trips will occur occasionally, both international and within Sweden.
Responsibilities:
• Define and develop backend systems, API's, client communication, OTA logics, and databases
• Develop modularized design blocks with re-use capabilities
• Participate in connected systems specifications and architecture
• Develop SW and infrastructure for all parts of our connected system
• Support 3rd parties with our tools and methods to ensure all SW is built to highest standards
• Own deliveries from 3rd party developers
Who are you?
We are looking for a self sufficient, detail-oriented person with a capability to see the whole picture. You have excellent technical skills and constantly seek new knowledge within your area of expertise. We believe you have minimum 5 years experience from similar positions. We also believe you have hands-on experience from agile development and enjoy working in fast growing company.
Qualifications and experience:
• Excellent experience using application specific SW systems such as C/C++, Python, AWS, Azure, Jira, GIT amongst others
• Experience from developing software connecting large amount of devices
• Experience from industrial applications
• Master or Bachelor in relevant area
• Excellent communication skills, and you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
