We belong to the PostNord Retail unit.
We are responsible for the PostNord Parcel Delivery solution that is used at our 3 600 Service Points and Business Centers in Sweden and Denmark and are actively working towards our Nordic strategy and vision. We have started last year with building our presence in Finland and we will soon pilot Norway.
As a full-time developer with us you will be part of an agile team of more than 30 engineers, UX designers, Product Owners and Tech Leads. We have cutting-edge expertise in the area of Parcel Delivery solutions. We handle on average over 6 million parcels every month to and from satisfied customers from all over the Nordics.
Your growth as an individual and professional is at the top of our priorities. As a developer, you will have the chance to take lead on specific projects and act as a representative for PostNord Retail in several forums.
The team you'll be joining
This position is for the Retail Business Solutions team which is accountable for the delivery of several products which are used by our business division within Retail for administration of accounts, insight and search tools, reports and other more complex tasks. Our main product is our Retail Portal which is used on a daily basis by our Business Centers in Sweden as well as the Retail Business units in all the Nordic countries, with over 500 users using it on a daily basis.
We're on a journey to grow our user base and the product by building tools to make it a vital companion to our service point network partners, helping them grow their business and insights into their relationship with PostNord.
You'll be joining a multi-disciplinary team of engineers (full stack), UX designers and you will work tightly with your Tech Lead and Product Owner to help drive the product roadmap and vision. You should also be comfortable in having direct contact with our Stakeholders.

Microservices/Serverless architectures Loosely coupled distributed systems Web applications in Vue or React A/B Testing and Experimentation with tools like Growth Book and Hotjar TypeScript/JavaScript, NodeJS AWS - Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, S3 to name a few REST, API Governance, API Management

Your profile
- 5 plus years of experience in development.
- Coaching and mentoring others.
- You have architectural skills but are still hands on.
- Experience in working with serverless architecture and AWS.
- Experience in working with web applications built on a modern framework (React, Vue, etc.)
- Able to write testable and maintainable code.
- Academic education in computer science or equivalent experience.
- English and/or Swedish in speech and writing.
