The department Connected Services & Solutions, is an important part of this transformation as Scania's success depends on packaged solutions enabled by connectivity and digitalization that support current and future business requirements.
In order to give us an edge and the ability to act quickly to fulfill customer demands, we are organized in "tribes". Each tribe has the vision to be autonomous and thereby take full responsibility to develop, implement and operate services to create customer benefits. Furthermore we have a cross-functional 'Enablement' section with the purpose to enable teams to deliver value as quickly and reliably as possible. We are now looking for a new member of our highly competent, autonomous working team called Visual Engineering, which is a part of Enablement.
Your assignment
You will be an important part of a DevOps-inspired team called Visual Engineering, with the focus to provide a modularized frontend framework with reusable components for scalability, quality and a unified look and feel. Visual Engineering is also responsible for the Fleet Management Portal (FMP) Authentication Framework and common services for FMP. The team is one of many development teams within Connected Services and Solution and the key to success is working and collaborating across teams and understanding the context.
The team is managed by a Product owner, who distributes and prioritizes tasks within the team and me; Group manager for this and two other teams. My leadership is coaching and developing and I encourage an open and honest approach in the group. Our cooperation is based on trust, joy, commitment and challenge.
Your profile
We are looking for a "T-shaped" system developer that is comfortable working with both backend and frontend. You are energetic and a service minded problem solver full of initiative and with a humble attitude. Furthermore, You appreciate the value of good cooperation and you are comfortable with the agile culture and ways of working.
You have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in system development and preferably good language skills in both Swedish and English.
