You have experience working as a full-stack web developer
You are curious to learn and develop as a developer
You enjoy working in a large and complex app, using many of the latest web technologies within real-time communication, enabling users all over the world in their daily work
Are you, just like us, most interested in developing web apps, smarter telephony and implementing new cool features? At Telavox you get it all, and in our Omni & CC (Contact Center) team we premiere frontend and React experience plus an eye for graphics or UX. You will play a vital role in the future of our product and also in how our customers communicate!
About the job
You will be a part of an outstanding Engineering department that works agile and where we want everyone to have close contact so that changes can be made as smooth and efficiently as possible. You will work on how to improve and efficient our solutions and together with the rest of the team you will solve the complex questions and problems in the way you think is the best.
At Telavox we always want to create simple and fun products that our customers can understand and start using directly without boring manuals or long educations.
In this team, we do so much different stuff every day. From solving simple problems to designing new features that require you to challenge yourself. Creating a simple and modern-looking GUI for complex operations is a big and fun challenge. You will have a strong influence on working methods, product development and your own personal development.
If you are not working on something at the moment, you'll open up our ticketing system (Jira) and choose a new assignment to tackle. The board will consist of a mixture of bug fixes and feature developments. Some assignments will be part of a bigger project. Getting involved in a bigger project can be fun and you often work even closer with your colleagues on those.
This role is based in Malmö, Sweden.

About you
To have lots of fun, and at the same time be able to create really cool, simple and game-changing new solutions for our customers, we believe you need to enjoy and therefore also be skilled in problem-solving, programming and learning new things. You have a great capability to interpret and understand customer needs.
You know one or more programming languages (Java) and think flexible working hours are great! At the same time, you're systematic and structured to ensure you're driving your assignments forward with both quality and speed. Maybe you have a master's degree? Or maybe gained your experience in other ways?

In combination with the fact that we have a lot to do (and are in a quest for world domination in communication ), and are also very open to suggestions, there are great opportunities to manage your projects yourself and find your own ways to solutions.
