We are now looking for a nanny who can take care of a 2-month-old child full-time from October 2022. The position is Monday-Friday approx. 08.00-17.00 plus 2-3 evenings per week. The service includes taking care of the child with all that it entails regarding daily care and eventually focusing more on creating stimulating and appropriate activities. The nanny should have experience in managing and adapting routines for children of this age.
Cooking for the child when the child gets older is included in this position as well as tidying up after the day's activities, but no other housework is included in the service. The family has separate help with the household. There are also two older children in the family, these are not part of the nanny's duty to take care of, but they are also in the home.
The family is looking for a very competent and experienced nanny, preferably with experience with premature children and the extra care and thought required in the work and this. It is important for the family that it is a flexible person who can dedicate themself to this position, as this position's schedule will vary slightly from week to week. The family are also looking for a person who is open to traveling with them for about 6-8 weeks a year.
As a person, the nanny needs to be self-motivated, flexible, have energy and be curious. The work will partly be with one or both parents, who often work from home, but the position will also involve working alone with the child. When the child gets older and stronger, the family likes to see that the child gets out for suitable activities.
The position starts sometime during the month of October when the family's current maternity nurse leaves the position.
The salary will be between SEK 28,000-40,000/month. Depending on the nanny's experience and training. The nanny may preferably be pedagogically trained as a preschool teacher, alternatively a trained maternity nurse is also appreciated.
The family can offer accommodation to the nanny in the form of an own apartment very close to the family's apartment.
The nanny can be Swedish or English speaking.
The family lives in Stockholm, Östermalm.
