What we do at Swiftcourt

That's why we work hard to provide people with smart, digital solutions for contracts, payments, and other transaction-related services.
We have an amazing product, 1 000 000+ amazing users, and are growing rapidly. As users increase, so do our support errands and the need for excellent service. That's where you come in!

What you'll do at Swiftcourt
As a chat agent, your goal is to make our users feel safe and assist them when they bump into obstacles in the user journey. When they express confusion or frustration, you guide them with the same patience and warmth as if you were helping a friend. And we firmly believe that a couple of emojis or a well-timed joke to brighten someone's day never killed nobody!
You'll be answering and following up on incoming queries from users all over Europe over email and chat. The queries vary from legal to technical, meaning you'll need to be a bit of a know-it-all, or at least set out to become one.
Additionally, you'll lend a hand with administrative tasks like building contracts and assisting in the onboarding of new businesses.

As we're still in a startup phase, an important part of the job is also to collaborate with the rest of Swiftcourt by trying new things, sharing your opinions and suggestions, and thereby finding proven ways of work.
To fit in, it's super important that you, like the rest of our team, love working in ever-changing environments!

Is this you?
You're service-minded
You're good at juggling several tasks at once and are able to chat and type like the wind
You have a positive attitude at the same time as being patient and confident in what you do
You are a self-starter and have no problem taking initiative
You love to learn new things
You're fluent in English and in Swedish or Norwegian

The cherry on top
You have advanced knowledge of at least one other European language
You know some basic HTML and CSS (e.g. from blog editing or similar)
You have a good understanding of basic contract law. Maybe you study law at university or social sciences and law in High School?

Type of employment
We're flexible - as long as you are too. We're looking for someone who can work with us full time. For the right candidate, we might be able to facilitate 80% employment.
