The opportunity
We're looking to hire a Full-Stack Software Engineer who will be part of our DevOps squad, active on Cloud solutions (Merchant Portal & Merchant Loan Platform). As Worldline e-commerce global's division, you will involve to build new features on our solution, but also maintain an outstanding DevOps set-up. Together with a truly agile team you take full end-to-end responsibility for the product. Sounds exciting? We can't wait to hear from you! In this role, you'll report to the IT Tribe Lead.

The team consists 7 people working with innovative technical set-up; micro-services hosted on the cloud, automated processes - true DevOps. Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Incept scope with business stakeholders and Product Manager, Product Owner in order to translate it into workable code you'll deliver together with your development squad peers
You're able to facilitate or lead technical discussions between developers in order to reach a common agreement
Build and maintain efficient and reliable code in both Front-End and Back-end layers + provide DevOps E2E ownership on Production environment
Support continuous improvements by investigating alternatives and technologies
Ensure the best quality and responsiveness of the applications
Be a driver of change and innovation within the company
Creating well crafted and thoroughly tested features, taking full responsibility from the design phase to the production deployment
Paying attention to all aspects of code quality, from clean-code, to algorithm efficiency

Signs of success
As our new developer, we hope you to be in love with the code. You have a strong interest in state-of-the-art technologies and ambition to learn. Your natural curiosity and creative mind together with good communication skills make you a team player, but you are able to work also independently. You possess strong attention to detail, without losing an eye for the big picture we are aiming for.

Skills we can't do without
Python development (service-based API's)
CI/CD way of working (Jenkins) combined with Docker
TDD way-of-working
AWS or other cloud platform
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum way-of-working
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar work experience
Previous experience in the following industries: Payments / Telco / Finance / Insurance, since we're working in FinTech model
Full working proficiency in English

Skills we'd like
It would be great if you have the following skills, too:
Front-end development skills (React / Javascript)
Kibana or Logz.io and Datadog
GitHub
PostgreSQL
Experience with micro-service or serverless architectures
Working proficiency in Swedish is a plus
