About the Role:
As a Full-Stack Developer in the New Initiatives team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our applications that span across mobile, web, and backend services.
The impact you will create:
Lead the design and development of scalable mobile, web, and backend solutions.
Build mobile applications for Android using Kotlin/Java and Flutter.
Develop backend services using Scala to power key features.
Implement user interfaces using any modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.
Deliver high-quality software by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Participate in architectural discussions and design solutions that meet business requirements.
What you bring in:
5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
Strong expertise in Android development using Kotlin/Java and Flutter.
Proficiency in backend development with Scala.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
Experience with databases such as Redis, Postgres, and/or Cassandra.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in building side projects on their own or experience with smaller startup teams.
It would be great if you also have:
Experience with cloud platforms and gRPC.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
