Calling all Recruiters!
We are looking for a full-cycle recruiter, preferably with experience within tech, however we're open to great fits no matter what your background is. Lifesum is growing fast and we have our eyes firmly on our goal - we're looking for people with the same drive and determination as we have. This is a great opportunity to take on a new role within the company.
What you will do
• Take responsibility for Lifesum 's recruitment process from start to finish
• Provide full-cycle recruiting - sourcing, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding
• Create, develop and deliver an excellent candidate experience
• Work closely with and support our managers in the hiring process
What we expect from you
• Like us, you'll definitely have a winning attitude and a can-do mentality
• You have previous recruitment experience (minimum 2 years)
• Experience in mining online databases (LinkedIn, StackOverflow etc.)
• Excellent verbal/communication skills
• A real people person - excellent interpersonal skills
• Outstandingly well organized and structured
• You are comfortable in a constantly changing environment
• English required, Swedish highly valuable, additional languages always a bonus
You will report to VP Human Resources. The role is based in Stockholm.
