Bentley Systems in Nordic is embarking upon an exciting phase of growth and development and we are now seeking a professional and enthusiastic:

FULL TIME ADMINISTRATOR NORDIC REGION

Responsibilities:

• Customer support regarding service contract (Bentley SELECT), invoice and licensing issues.
• SAP CRM maintenance issues and regular contact with the Sales Support Group.
• Checking SELECT renewals
• Order Processing
• Financial administration - invoices, agreements, dealing with suppliers etc.
• Providing sales managers and department professionals (Account Managers) with administrative support in the region Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland.
• Discussing account statements with customers and some accounts receivable related tasks.
• General Office management - agreements, suppliers etc
• May conduct various analytical special projects to assist professionals within the department.
• Handling all confidential material relevant to company operations.
• Easier technical product support for customers

Position Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in a commercial role or similar position preferably within the high tech environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word,Excel,Outlook) is a must
• Knowledge and Experience with invoicing and credit management would be advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience in order processing, specifically using CRM systems (SAP desirable)
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both oral and written. Additional Nordic languages would be beneficial.
• Project assistance experience
• Good written and oral communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good use of initiative and self-sufficiency.
• Professional manner. Attention to detail and confidentiality.
