Swapp Agency AB, a leading EOR (Employer of Record) company, is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering remote work flexibility. We are looking for someone passionate about building scalable, reliable systems and driving innovation in a distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications in a distributed environment.
• Ensure high availability (99.999%) of mission-critical services.
• Collaborate across business units to develop and implement creative solutions.
• Continuously explore new technologies and approaches to improve systems.
• Build and maintain scalable and reliable system architectures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, ideally in a distributed environment.
• Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with mission-critical service operations and a solid understanding of maintaining high availability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
