lt;/salt> is addressing the extreme shortage of technology professionals in Europe by offering accelerated career programs consisting of education and fully paid work experience. Our mission is to train new technology professionals to strengthen the talent pool in Europe.
We believe in accelerated learning based on professional and relevant work experience, once training is completed our students are equipped to start working as a productive team member within a modern software development team. Our career programs are free of charge for the highly motivated individuals who are ready to focus, work hard and complete the program to launch their new careers in tech.
We are now looking for new hobby coders that want to fulfill their dream of becoming a professional Fullstack .NET Developer!
Our career program is designed to teach motivated, passionate and creative individuals how to code professionally. We believe and invest in your future potential and what you can achieve with the right support around you. Our accelerated Career Program is divided into two parts; 3 months + 1 year. First you study full time for 3 months and then we hire you on the spot as a consultant for 1 year in Stockholm.
The training will be held on site, unless the restrictions from the government will change.
So what do you need to be eligible for the career program?
You don't need any prior formal experience in coding. However, if you don't know any coding, the training is going to be too hard for you. You also need to be fluent in English, have a valid work permit in Sweden and be sure that you can be employed in Sweden. So before applying, make sure that you:
• Have been coding in at least one programming language the last couple of months.
• Have a work permit that is valid for at least two years ahead from the start date of the bootcamp (2nd of September).
• Are able to be on site in Stockholm from 2nd of September - 2nd of December.
• Are comfortable with English as a teaching language, since the course is entirely in English.
And when is this party starting?
The training will start 2nd of September and the graduation will be 2nd of December, after graduation you'll get employed by </salt> and work as a developer at one of our clients. There are also some preparations that you need to do before the start date, these takes approximately 80 hours to complete.
