Talent Match is looking for a talented and well-rounded Full-Stack Web Developer to join our Technology team in delivering outstanding work for our global rollout of Talent Match. The ideal candidate has a background in web development, experience with Laravel, and is comfortable with both front and backend. Bonus points if you have experience working with React and understand integration with WordPress.

Basic Requirements:
• Mid-level to senior-level full-stack developer competency
• Experience with Laravel
• Strong skills with web technologies HTML/CSS/JS/React js
• Strong skills with PHP
• Analytical and passionate about algorithms
• Comfortable operating in an MVC framework
• Ability to effectively communicate needs, roadblocks, etc. with Solutions Architects regarding deadlines and project scope
• Fluent in English as we are an international team
Bonus:
• Experience with Nginx, Memcached
• Experience with WordPress CMS
