Help software development organizations reliably and rapidly deliver quality software, covering the full stack from application code to infrastructure and test automation
Adopt and promote Agile and Lean software development methodologies

Required skills and experience
Minimum 3 years experience in software development
Excellent knowledge of either Java or C#
Knowledge of any additional programming or scripting language (Go, Python, Scala, Ruby, Javascript, Swift, ...)
Experience of working with application servers
Experience of working with relational databases
Comfortable working with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Django, Rails, ...)
Additional desirable skills
Experience from working with Continuous Delivery and/or DevOps
Experience in distributed systems and microservice architectures
Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, ...)
Experience working with cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, ...)
Knowledge in app/mobile development and delivery
Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ...)
Knowledge in test automation
Creator or contributor of an open-source project
Any of the above experience can be replaced by the right attitude and willingness to learn!
