We are looking for a Fulfilment Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team. You will work with the CMP Commercial and Unit Management teams to promote communication, flexibility, and performance. Your role includes developing skills, planning for succession, and ensuring a work environment that supports equality, diversity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Lead and develop the fulfilment team with a high focus on communication, long-term development, and performance
• Operational Excellence: Drive fulfilment operations focusing on quality, productivity, and cost optimization from a short- and long-term perspective
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with procedures.
• Commercial Growth: Lead the fulfilment aspect of the unit's growth agenda.

The CFF-team at IKEA Karlstad consists of 32 co-workers, specialists and managers. You'll have two department managers reporting directly to you. You report directly to the Market Manager.
