WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Develop and improve the implementation of the automation standard.
• Secure order management for customers to receive their orders on time, in the right amount to the right place and with an all-time high service.
• Keep daily contact with customers regarding the status of their orders to provide world class service.
• Keep track of stock balances.
• Keep daily contact with 3PL regarding order status.
• Develop close collaboration with internal stakeholders in the Supply Chain and other areas such as Planning, Logistics, Quality, Sales, and Finance.
• Be responsible for the required documentation connected to the orders, for example customs documentation or other authority requests relevant to the market.
• Handling customer complaints and processing claims and credit notes.
• Be responsible for keeping processes and work instructions within area of responsibility up to date.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within Supply Chain.
• Follow up and contribute to relevant KPI's and strategic goals.
• Internal stakeholders and collaboration: EMEA & Singapore Quality team, EMEA commercial team, EMEA & Singapore Logistics team, IT team, Master Data team, EMEA & Singapore Planning/production team, EMEA Supply Chain Managers, EMEA demand planning team. Finance team.
• External stakeholders and collaboration: 3Pls, EMEA customers, SPS, Customs, freight forwarder and Co-packers.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a person with minimum of 2 years of work experience from a similar role. Besides being driven, able to work independently in a structured way and have strong analytical skills, we believe that you are a person with great communication skills who enjoys building strong relationships.
We also hope to see that you check the following boxes:
• Bachelor's degree from relevant education within Supply Chain Operations
• +2 years of relevant working experience within Supply Chain Operations, preferably with Customer Service and Order Fulfilment Management
• Experience working in an international environment
• Knowledge on ERP-environments, preferably Dynamics D365
• Competence in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent both Swedish & English written and verbal.
Other European languages an advantage (Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Portuguese)
