Job Description Overview:
Responsible for the overall forecast system for Notebook, PAD and Accessories, including: inputting and maintaining budgets and forecast on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. Working closely with Product Management team, Sales and logistics to ensure an up-to-date budget overview and a stable and smooth product availability to ensure that delivery and customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensure the system supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
Responsibilities:
1. To enter and maintain the Nordic quarterly budget for the ASUS product range to visualize the ASUS Nordic AB overall plan
2. Review and adjust the forecast on a weekly and daily basis to ensure good product availability for the Nordic countries.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. At least colleague graduate or equivalent
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English, in both spoken & written
3. Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in IT business preferably in distribution, retail or vendor field
4. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
5. Well organized and with attention to details
6. Proactive self-starter and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
7. Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow
8. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
9. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
