Fulfillment Coordinator
Stora Enso's Consumer Board Supply Chain team is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator with process improvement focus, for 1-year job-rotation within Stora Enso.
This 1-year temporary position is an excellent job rotation opportunity for a Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service professional who wants to develop both Consumer Board's customer delivery performance as well as his/her own customer service and supply chain management competences. After 1-year you will return to your permanent position with new knowledge and insights, which will greatly benefit also your home organization.
How is the job?
During the assignment you will be:
1. Responsible for operative exception management covering all Consumer Board deliveries via selected critical logistics network nodes (node = port, terminal)
Proactive screening of risks and advancing opportunities
Leading recovery actions as well as ensuring continuous high-quality communications towards Sales in case of delivery incidents
Summarizing daily performance
2. Driving continuous, pragmatic improvements as well as sharing knowledge with variety of partners (mill supply chain teams, customer service center teams, logistics teams)
3. Early adaptor of new digital elements by
taking new solutions into use in your daily work
working closely and in an iterative manner with our developers to ensure fast, critical yet constructive end user feedback
You will work in close co-operation with the mill, customer service centers and logistics as well as analytics and IT guides.
What we are looking for?
To succeed in this role, you have some experience in operative Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service roles, and you are
eager to develop yourself
willing to collaborate and co-create with your colleagues across different teams to jointly improve our working practices
not afraid of working with large data sets in excel and PowerBI
actively seeking effective ways to visualize and summarize the essentials for fast, effective decision-making and communications
familiar working with some of our operative systems (Fenix, mill MES systems, Logistics systems)
