We are now looking for a Service Integration Manager to one of our biggest accounts in Sweden and your primarily location will be Gothenburg. To be able to succeed in this important role, we believe that you have the following profile:
Competence specifics
• Experience of ITIL or ITIL equivalent industry standard IT Service Management best practice processes. Preferable both Ver.2 and Ver. 3.
• Program management experience, preferably in change management
• Desirable if the candidate has some experience in senior management.
• Business English fluent in both written and oral form
Profile
• Personal skills in communication and management of change
• Negotiation skills , to drive decisions and common solutions
• Experience from working with Lean either within Production, Logistics or IT
• Business oriented - good knowledge of business from a technical perspective.
