The section Fuel System has the responsibility for the Fuel System as well as the AdBlue System. The main purposes of the Fuel System include filling and storing fuel corresponding to a specific driving range and providing the engine with fuel of correct flow and pressure. The AdBlue responsibility includes filling, storing and distribution of AdBlue liquid used for the exhaust after-treatment SCR system (Selective Catalytic Reduction). The components in the AdBlue system are similar to those used in the fuel system, but with other challenges such as thawing frozen AdBlue liquid. In the Fuel System section there are about 60 employees within four groups: Distribution, EVAP System & Lines, Storage and System Development.
As System Project Leader, you will be part of the System Development group and lead some of the section's project assignments up until start of production of a new car model. You will also, to a lesser extent, lead some projects in the concept phase. You will work closely with the group design leaders, analysis engineers, advanced engineering leader and system responsible. You will lead the team towards technical, financial and timing targets. Since fuel and AdBlue systems have boundaries to most engineering areas in the vehicle, you will develop a large network within R&D.
Main responsibilities
* Lead some of the section's projects
* Assure that the project's time plan and budget are followed
* Communicate project status in relevant fora
* Assure that requirements are verified and follow-up on the results
* Coordinate supplier quality issues
* Participate in cross-functional meetings and activities
* Support/Participate in plant vehicle/engine launches
Required qualifications
* Technical education, university degree or equivalent
* High technical competence with will and ability to understand our components and systems
* Proven high project management skills
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Swedish driver licence
