Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our fuel cell system team with a specialization in diagnostics, On-Board Diagnostics (OBD), cybersecurity, and ISO26262. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of cutting-edge software solutions for our fuel cell electric vehicle projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of our software system in accordance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
Close collaboration with the Electromobility Diagnostics team to develop and maintain the Base SW System Specification for diagnostics and OBD, and delivering the necessary components for OBD certification.
Demonstrate expertise in UDS (Unified Diagnostic Service) and utilize it effectively to support diagnostic functionalities.
Conduct Software Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated.
Provide support and expertise in the field of cybersecurity, particularly at the fuel cell sub-system level, to ensure the integrity and resilience of our software systems.
Contribute to functional safety initiatives from the fuel cell sub-system level, adhering to ISO26262 standards and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on diagnostics, OBD, cybersecurity, and functional safety.
In-depth knowledge of UDS (Unified Diagnostic Service) and its practical application in automotive software development.
Familiarity with ISO26262 functional safety standards and practices.
Strong understanding of software failure modes and the ability to conduct Software FMEA.
Experience in developing secure software solutions and knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
