We are building innovative interactive video shopping solutions for several markets around the world to help turn videos into interactive shopping experiences to raise engagement and conversions for our global eCommerce customers.
We are looking for creative, curious, experienced and driven individuals interested in joining our dev team.
As a front end developer at Qiwio, you will be responsible for developing and designing frontend web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications. Skill in web design and tools such as Figma is not a requirement, but will be a major advantage. Our Front end is built in React, so we are looking for someone who knows React and is very comfortable building front end architecture in React.
You will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Developing frontend architecture in React.
Designing user experience on web pages. (UX/UI design)
Create quality mockups and prototypes in Figma
Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed
Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
Collaborate with back-end developers to improve usability
Maintain and improve web apps and website
Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
Project management (prioritizing and planning sprints).
Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
Staying ahead of developments in web applications and programming languages.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years full time experience.
Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency with fundamental frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficiency in React.
Familiarity with Git.
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Understanding of layout aesthetics
Knowledge of SEO principles
An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
