System Integration Team, based in Stockholm, is looking for a self-driven and motivated individual, who is interested in the latest of web technologies and dedicated to prove themselves. If you have what it takes, you will love it at NetEnt!
About the position
You will be a key person in the development and maintenance of the frontend for a number of our internally developed applications. All of these are newly developed so you will have a chance to create something completely new while building on the experience and knowledge from your colleagues across all teams at the Development department.
Developing a new frontend for these applications will require close collaboration with back-end developers, stakeholders, end users etc. For this you need to be a team player with strong communication skills and a pro-active mind-set.
Your background
A successful person in this position has at least 2 years of experience of frontend development using web programming languages like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Python in at least a couple of projects. It is important for us that you have a passion for front end development and experience in UX-design. We are looking for an individual with the capability to efficiently use their own knowledge and experience in these fields in the best possible way.
We think you?re able to manage team and stakeholder expectations and have the ability to translate technical and non-technical requirements. It is important that the developed front end have a good design, a high-usability level and provides a great user-experience. At the same time the system need to be easy to maintain and have high quality.
It is also desirable to be knowledgeable about concepts like AJAX, REST, and JSON and similar. Another advantage is knowledge and working experience with Django.
Since NetEnt is a multi-cultural company with many nationalities employed, you need to be highly proficient in English, both written and oral. Swedish is not a requirement. Looking forward to receive your application!
