The main support activities are within the areas of first level and second level ICT support and the provision of end user equipment and software including client patch management, software deployment and image preparation for PC?s/laptops.
Required expertise of the consultant
The ideal consultant should have the following skills
1. Good knowledge and experience of end user mobile device support;
2. Good knowledge and experience with a Service Desk Management Tool;
3. Good knowledge of software deployment and patch management;
4. Knowledge of Windows Server Update Services;
5. Knowledge and experience of preparing images for deployment;
6. Good 1st line and 2nd line trouble shooting experience;
7. Experience of working in a public sector environment.
8. English speaking ang writing skills.
Estimated timeframe from 01/02/2013 until 31/01/2014. Apply as soon as possible with an Europass CV, no later then 10/11 2012.
