We are now looking for a Rooms Division Manager to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Collection Strand Hotel!
The Rooms Division Manager Role
Our rooms division team is the heart of the house, providing a warm welcome and happy smile, and where we strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests. The Rooms Division Manager will lead the Front Office team, secure that our outsourced housekeeping team deliver quality service and will manage the Meeting & Events operations.
Our Rooms Division Manager love the hustle and bustle of life! It's not just about check-in and check-out. It's about being the glue between Front Office, Housekeeping and Meeting & Events to make our guest journey a smooth process
You will manage our rooms division team and M&E operations team and lead by example, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey are anticipated and delivered at five-star level
You will be a People Manager fostering a culture of growth, development and performance
You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show, whilst managing budgets and inventory
As an integral part of the management team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the rooms division department
As Rooms Division Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
