Work responsibilities
You will be crucial to the creation of unique and memorable experiences and the warmest of welcomes for all our guests. This is by providing them with a genuine and personalised service, at the highest level. You will work together with the team towards reaching goals, such as becoming number one on Tripadvisor and Loopon.
The job comes with great responsibility, working hours and days of the week may vary.
Background and personal characteristics
You are an organised team player who loves meeting all guests with an unforgettable positive welcome and deliver on point service. In addition,
• We believe that you have previous experience working in a hotel reception
• Previous experience of working with Cenium is desirable
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, additional languages is a plus
• You have a colorful personality and some people might call you a hospitality genius
• Driving license is essential.
