Your Profile:
You have experience from work as a receptionist in a hotel reception. As a person, you are outgoing and like to work at a high pace, where it can happen a lot at the same time. We see that you are representative, flexible and quality conscious. Experience from the booking system Opera is highly acclaimed. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English both in speech and writing as our workplace is international. Other languages ??and driving licenses are meritorious.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Check-in and check-out of guests

• Answering guest requests by phone and email

• Manage the hotel's exchange

• Provide information and manage bookings according to guests' needs

• Make sure to exceed the guest's expectations and provide the best Yes I Can service

• Follow Radisson Blu's service standards and concepts and meet the department's and the hotel's set goals and policies
