As a Frontend Web Developer at 55 Degrees you 'll be a part of a fun and talented crew with the mission to help teams around the world get more done with less stress through our SaaS products and services. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Frontend Web Developer you will be responsible for the development of our SaaS (Software as a service) products and services. Your main tasks are to:
* Use React and other current technologies to build and improve the apps in our future product lines.
* Modernizing any legacy code in our current products.
* Implement automated testing of the product line.
* Execute manual testing when needed.
* Talking to customers in order to understand how they use the products you build and support them.
IN ADDITION...
You become employee number 5 in a small, engaged team. Your workplace is our office in Malmö, just a five minute walk from the train station. You have the flexibility to work remote 2-3 days per week and in the summer you 'll have the opportunity to go home early on fridays. Occasional travel may be required for key conferences in Europe and/or the United States.
WHO ARE YOU?
To be successful in this role we see that you have experience of working with frontend web development in TypeScript / JavaScript and React. If you have worked in an agile, cross-functional team it 's a big plus, as well as if you have good knowledge of REST APIs. We expect you to speak and write English fluently.
