Som fritidsledare/klassassistent förväntas du ha fritidsledarutbildning eller annan utbildning som bedöms likvärdig.
Som fritidsledare/klassassistent förväntas du se möjligheterna till lärande i naturen och vill vara ute i skog och mark.
Som fritidsledare/klassassistent förväntas du bemöta elever, föräldrar och medarbetare respektfullt.
Som fritidsledare/klassassistent förväntas du använda svenska eller engelska med eleverna och kollegor.
Som fritidsledare/klassassistent förväntas du vara professionell, engagerad och kunna jobba bra med andra och bidra till ett positivt samarbetsklimat.

Expectations: (Your duties)
As an ASC staff member/class assistant you are expected to have relevant education on the field or other equivalent education. We would also appreciate knowledge and experience of working with students in need of special support.
As an ASC staff member/ class assistant you are expected to appreciate the possibilities of learning in nature and to have a desire to be in the nature with the students.
As an ASC staff member/ class assistant, you are expected to be respectful and professional towards students, parents and colleagues.
As an ASC staff member/ class assistant, you are expected to use Swedish or English with students and colleagues.
As an ASC staff member/ class assistant you are expected to be professional, committed and able to work well with others, as well as contribute to a positive cooperation environment.
