We are looking for organized, team-oriented students and graduates who are interested in taking part in a 2 weeks paid research project at Potentialpark in Stockholm, for the period of October 19th - October 30th.
You are FLUENT in English and NATIVE in French? Then this could be your chance!
ABOUT POTENTIALPARK AND THE PROJECT
This project is part of our annual studies about career websites, online application forms and the mutual communication between employers and candidates on social networks and mobile devices.
We help globally operating companies with research in the field of Employer Branding, online recruiting and talent communication. As people are the competitive advantage of our time, we bring the candidates' voice to the table.
We equip employers with a knowledge-driven roadmap to become fit for demographic shift and digitalization. In this way, we help companies to innovate their communication so that the right people and robots find, engage and join them.
You will be part of an exciting team experience, working together with people of 15+ different nationalities and gain valuable insights into online recruitment and employer branding.
On top of that, you will get the chance to learn more about our company and get to know us and our culture better. Who knows? This might be the start of a brand new career!
WHO DO WE LOOK FOR
You are a university student or have a university degree
You have an eye for details
You are full of energy
You are curious and eager to learn new things
You are fluent in English and native in French, Swedish is NOT required
PRACTICALITIES
This 2 weeks project consists out of 3 parts:
A training week with 2 mandatory training sessions
Week 1 (from October 19th - October 23rd): The whole Potentialpark team and you will work from 8.00 - 21.00 at our office in Stockholm. During this week, you won't need to worry about your meals, as breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided by Potentialpark.
Week 2 (from October 26th-October 30th): Our schedule will be back to normal, with working hours from 9.00 - 18.00, including 1 hour lunch break.
We like to celebrate our small and big successes and we will organize a team event in the end of the first week, that we would like you to take part in.
