Description:
We are very curious to find a person who is results oriented, passionate about driving sales and building relationships. As a Sales Representative you introduce Cake's products to customers, both B2B & B2C. You generate new leads and build relationships, connecting over the phone. For customers with more complex needs, you work with the entire sales team to craft the ideal solutions. Team-work is important to you and you can identify with the journey that Cake is on. Our ambitions are high so we need a person who likes to be in a company at its early stage.
Key qualifications:
You have at least two years of experience selling in the business market.
You're comfortable developing qualified leads by phone.
You have strong people and presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You have excellent listening, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with customers, as well as within Cake and our team.
You have a proven ability to connect with people, manage processes efficiently, and prioritize without sacrificing the customer experience.
You can adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing retail environment.
Background/skills
Fluent in French. Swedish and other languages are a plus.
You have worked at a startup or other fast paced environment / have the desire to work at a startup.
