We run Sweden's most exciting job board on Workwide.se where we publish vacant roles for Swedish speakers internationally. Since the start in 2014 we have been focusing heavily on product and website development while doing sales and marketing on a moderate level. In September 2015 we launched the new Workwide.se and the response have been positive from the market and, equally important, from the job seekers.
2016 is the year Workwide is scaling up expanding to new markets and going full throttle on sales.
March 2016 we successfully launched Workwide.de, Germanys most exciting job board where we publish vacant roles for German speakers internationally.
Before the end of the year we will launch Workwide.fr, for French speakers to find international career opportunities. This means we need a marketing assistant and administrator to help us with translations, copywriting and campaign creation for the French market!
Marketing Assistant/Administrator (this is a part time job)
Workwide is looking for a structured, self-going and creative problem solver. It's a good thing if you are used to marketing activities on social media and search engines. We expect that your mother tongue is French, that you understand the French culture and that you can communicate in a French business setting.
Job description:
• Write copy and do translations
• Create daily updates for our social media presence
• Create and implement basic marketing activities and campaigns on social media and through Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
• Compose our weekly newsletter
• Ad-hoc administrative work
Requirements:
• Excellent French language skills (native level)
• Good understanding for digital communication and marketing
• You have a structured approach to your work and come up with solutions on your own
We would consider it a plus if you have:
• Experience from classified ads or similar fully digital business operations
• If you have Photoshop skills
