We are Ticmate, a small but fast growing company selling tickets online to international events.
We have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Barcelona and has been profitable since the 14th day in business!

At this very moment, Ticmate has 207 sites in 18 languages and we keep launching up to 5 new sites every month.
As part of our Helpdesk you will mainly take care of our French speaking costumers by e-mail and telephone. You will also translate text from English to French and book and send train tickets to our clients. It is very important that you be service minded, result oriented and get your tasks done before deadline.
You have to be fluent in both written and spoken French. You have to be able to work up to 15-20 hours a week where part of the hours will probably be fixed and the rest of the time to be arranged as you wish.
You must enjoy talking to people on the phone and have good written communication skills, to easily correspond by e-mail.
You need to have your own PC/MAC and be able to work professionally and independently in Microsoft Office mostly from home, yet it's important that you also are able to cooperate with others.
