The Job
Do you want to make our customers love us even more?
We need to strengthen our skilled support team with more positive and service minded people.
You will work with mail support and have contact with our customers, mainly in the United States. You will be serving our French and English speaking customers so you are fluent, written and oral, in both French and English. Additional knowledge of Spanish is a huge plus!
You will be part of a multicultural group of about 10 people and you will receive an introduction to learn the job.
Your profile
We think you have previous experience of customer support. You are comfortable working with Windows Office and you have good communications skills. If you also are service minded, can combine speed with quality in your work and like problem solving you are the one for us!
We offer part time employment. We are manned 7 days a week with work hours varying from 8.00 to 22.30, so you need to be able to work both evenings and weekends.
