OUR OFFER TO YOU

We offer you a chance to work in an international and fast-moving environment, where your customer service expertise and excellence in languages are a necessity for the company 's success. You will work close with your colleagues in the Customer Support team, and together inspire and motivate each other to deliver first class service to the customers. This will be a varied role with a lot of internal and external contacts.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Be responsible for a number of countries across EMEA/CIS.
* Register sales orders.
* Confirm delivery dates to customers and continuously keep the customers updated about the status on their orders.
* Configure products in the ERP system based on customer specification and constantly work with the customers to make the order process work as smooth as possible.
* Have close contact with other departments within the company, for example the shipping department and sales organization.
* Serve the sales organization with forecast and budget numbers.
* Handling customer complaints is also one of your responsibilities.

IN ADDITION...

You will be part of the Customer Support team. The assignment can start immediately and is expected to last until the end of 2018. This is a full time position.

WHO ARE YOU?

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work under stress, with a good ability to prioritize and take quick action. You are result orientated and have a good understanding about how different scenarios impact the business.
As a person you are self-going, accurate, organized and hard working. It is important that you are service minded, positive and always put the customers in the front line.

Since you will be operating in an international environment, language skills are central. To succeed in this role you will need to be fluent (written and oral) in French and English.
You have experience from Customer Service, Inside Sales and/or experience from working with customers in a global environment. Experience from the manufacturing industry is preferable.
Furthermore you have knowledge in Microsoft Office Software (such as Excel and Word). It is a merit if you have experience from working in an ERP system, preferably Oracle.
